Dealer Operator Requirements: Independent Dealer Operators will recertify every 24 months The Dealer Operator recertification course will be Instructor-led (in-person or virtual) for 4 hours in duration An exam will be given at the conclusion of the course instead of after each “chapter”. The MVDB fee for recertification is $50.00 and is included in the course fee. VIADA will pay the $50 fee to MVDB after you complete the course.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

You will need the following:

• A computer, laptop, iPad or tablet
  • WITH Microphone and Camera 
• the ZOOM application installed
• a stable internet connection

You may also call the ZOOM number if you do not have microphone, but this is not recommended as it creates two accounts for the student and can cause disruptions and delays during the course. This should be a last resort option ONLY.
